Our experienced and dedicated team deal with many privately rented properties and will offer a package to suit both landlords of single properties and those with a more extensive portfolio.

• You can choose either a Full Management service or a Let Only option which ever suits your requirements best. Under either option you will get the same quality of service.

• We will visit the property and advise you about the rental value and other related issues. Once instructed we will prepare letting particulars and commence marketing and advertising. Once a suitable potential tenant has been found we will carry out a tenant assessment and obtain references as necessary. If everything is satisfactory we will then prepare the formal agreements and schedule of condition. Services and utilities are informed and the standing order for rental payment sent to the tenant's bank.

• Under the Let Only option we then hand over the future management to you. Under the Full Management option we continue to look after the management of the property, collecting the rent, dealing with maintenance and repairs up to a mutually agreed cost limit. We will also deal with such matters as annual gas safety checks etc.

• New legislation governing tenant's deposits means that these deposits must be registered under a tenant's deposit scheme. We are fully geared up to deal with this on your behalf and all deposits are held in a clients' account as required by the rules of the RICS.

• If you are a landlord living abroad we will be pleased to assist you with any arrangements regarding income tax on your property income.
